You are right, Having your Doctors and Engineers moving abroad for a better life is the worst thing people can do it displaces others from the county that they are moving too and that creates animosity. The more important issue is that it takes the most capable people away from the country that needs them most. Helping each other to grow and create a good society for all in their home country. I am a person who has been displaced and I do miss the country that my ancestors that bled and worked so hard for. While now we have given it away to ppl that don't want to work at all.
