Hello. I have a problem with completly new vacuum cleaner Tikom g8000 pro. I downloaded the app, added the sucker, everything is fine so far. The problem is that the cleaner is unresponsive. When I press ON on the phone/app, the vacuum cleaner starts but only moves back 2 cm and turns off. But when I press ON on cleaner is unresponsive. Completely unresponsive. I have to put it back on the charging station again and repeat the process. How can I fix the problem, because my wife and I have been struggling with this problem for 3 hours and cant solve the problem. Thank you Zoran

My key turns but it doesn’t open the the door. It allows the handle to move as if it’s unlocked but it doesn’t allow it to open, doesn’t actually disengage the door knob. Help?

Thanks for your review. I just purchased one of these (the slightly upgraded version with lightning & aux plugs) and find that when I record on my phone the audio gain is way too high and overmodulated - a problem I didn't see in your video. Did you encounter that at all?

I checked out the Amazon link you have for these. I was checking out the question and answer section to find out what the warranty is, and they don't seem to have one other than being able to return them within 30 days. There's also a mention of them being a Latin American model. Good price, but without a warranty I'll get them from another seller.
