I love this mini and would absolutely love to do another video. He’s not popular and a bit daunting so you don’t see many (or ANY!) tutorials on him. I’m happy to have added my own spin on it and I hope you enjoy your painting of him. Post the pics in the discord! I’d love to see how he comes out. And if anything isn’t clear or if you need any more help, please ask!

Yes! Because there are two sets of identical frames you can have two identical sergeants with either chainsword and bolt pistol or bolter or a combination of them, and each 5 man team can also have a sniper rifle and a rocket launcher.

@Vaghar1 I think so. Easier to build, as well, but that could just be because I’m so used to assembling space marines haha

@@WarbossTae astra militarum are very tiny bits for my bear paws :), i love to build and paint amrines more as well. I am a very huge fan of the new terminators. There is Killteambox from the Infiltrators as well, but there is a regular kit for them too. Is there a chance you know where the difference is there?

@Vaghar1 that I’m not sorry, I did not get the infiltrators box when it first came out. So many of the 1st wave Kill Teams looked like they just took regular minis and gave them a different box (Chaos Legionnaires, Infiltrators, Tau, etc)

Interesting, I didn’t know that. And scouts are a 40k thing, yes? They’re not in 30kz

@@WarbossTae They did exist in 30k but those models are a bit big if you wanted to sell them as 30k. They worked a little different since the shared the roles with recon squads or are you asking for 30k lore on them?

I know, right??? I know it had the cornucopia because I had no idea what a cornucopia was, I was just a kid and I was like, why is this big croissant in the logo with all this fruit? And someone had to explain what a cornucopia was and how it symbolized abundance and overflowing prosperity. That always stuck out to me. I wouldn’t even know what a cornucopia was without fruit of the loom…in the dimension I’m from 🤣

@@WarbossTae never had one. It looks too off when added. It draws your eye away from the Fruit. Which isn't what a good logo designer would have done.

I have the BEST formula for the least amount of money. Instead of getting this, get the following: 1. Spray paint can of Zandri Dust 2. Castilian Green for armor Mournfang Brown for leather belts and packs Abbadon Black for boots and rifle Leadbelcher for silver parts on rifle Bugmans Glow for skin 4. Agrax Earthshade for everything. 5. Rehighlight with base colors leaving the shadows dark 6 paints and the spray can will get you a ton of Astra Militarum infantry painted up for about the same price as this tools and paints set.

DO IT!!! It is such a rewarding feeling to put the last lick of paint on it. Just take it one part at a time, or it’ll get overwhelming. There are so many details, don’t let yourself get distracted and put off anything or you will feel discouraged to go back to it later. It really is a blast to paint…AN IRONBLAST HEYOOOOOOOOOH!

Yeah I realized later after looking at some other videos that either I had a bad pot or someone at GW is clowning on me again…

Thanks! Just a leadbelcher spray and a Necro Gold amzn.to/3W06IrK trim, with black in the joints and wires.

What I love about the Necro Gold is that it really looks like dark “evil” gold right from the first application, rather than having to hit it with a wash like you would with Balthazar or Retributor Gold
