Who decided that this house is a "neo-classical" style house? I don't see any design that even resembles a neo-classic design. Added note. We had a neo-classic 1870 historical house in Missouri a few years ago. We built a neo-classic style home, following the design from our previous home in Missouri, here in the Philippines 2 years ago. Please reply. Thank you.

Ayos maganda , high ceiling , talagang parang pang higante ang loob ng bahay . Parang convenient magpalit ng bulb , maglinis ng ceiling .. Gaano kya kabilis lumamig ang kwarto o living room at ilang HP ang required aircon ? Mukhang matipid sa maintenance at consumption kya ?

I notice that all your models are sparse furnished or unfurnished. Typically missing are refrigerator and oven. The design and flow of your model homes are the same. The only differences are the size of the homes. It's like you see one, you see all. Your giggling and laugh are annoying and unprofessional. It's the same on every episode. Don't forget, the whole world is watching.

To make this beautiful house look spacious, smaller furnitures should have been used. The dining set could have been a 4-seater instead of 6. The bar stools are way too big. Even the sala furniture is oversized. The bedrooms are small, and a king size bed would be too big. Just because it fits doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. The furniture next to the bed is called a night stand, not side table. Instead of a wading pool, I would prefer a gazebo for some outdoor space for merienda or breakfast. A oool is a high cost with low benefit The pretty host did a good presentation and she looks fantastic is a dress. Very professional look.

I hope your laundry area are inside...like in the US where we have laundry room with cabinets and top where you can fold clean clothes. Also why don't you include washer and dryer. I don't understand why washer are outside that it might get wet because it always rains in the Philippines. I hope next newly build home there would be solar panels.

Nice cute home. Rooms are a bit small. Napansin ko na walang cabinet space for a trash can sa kitchen para hidden sya. So I assume na visible ang trash can sa kitchen gaya ng lahat ng bahay dyan.

mas gusto ko yung ganito na garden na lang yung space sa likod instead na pool. ang cramped kasi ng feeling kapag pinilit na lagyan ng pool yung maliit na space. maliit na nga yung space kaya maliit lang din yung pool na mailalagay tapos dahil may shower area pa, outdoor bathroom at space para sa pool mechanism mas lalong sumisikip yung lugar. kapag ganitong garden space ang ginawa mas madami kang space lalo na when entertaining guests kapag may occasion. sobrang aliwalas ng feeling. mas nakadagdag pa ng ganda na both front and back side of the property ay kalsada. ang ganda ng ventilation. ang ganda rin ng location nung katabing lote kasi corner lot sya both sa harap at likod, yun nga lang mas maliit yung sukat ng lote.

Maganda ung bahay, kaya lang.. Para syang malusog na bata na pinagsuot ng masikip na damit.. Sana po maisama din ung mga amenities (views, nature, playground etc) aside pa sa physical appearance nung bahay.

Di ko bet parang nawalan na ng privacy ung living kitchen at dining sama sama na sila very open lahat 😅 at sobrang laki ng kitchen 😅

Just watched your presentation on this property and not once did you mention the measurements on any Of the areas. You mentioned the word “spacious” 8x and still no room measurements. You keep highlighting the obvious but not WHY we should consider buying. Why on earth would you mention the windows and there’s nothing special about it? Then you pointed out that the AC in one room and you said it's included. Why? Aren't the rest of them included? Can you perhaps give the room or area measurements next time and not say “spacious?” Lastly, show your product not you, you are selling after all.

Is it flood free?

If fully furnished it's better for the price.
