Brian is saying hello to my friend Jontska from Finland. It was at the end of our workshop at Libelli the bookstore of the city. By the way Jontska, best regards from me too.
Made an air out of a jig. ❤
bloody amazing
Yes it is amazing and you can learn from this lessons.
Lovely thoughtful and paced playing full of heart :) well played, this is a groove
Brian Finnegan?..)
You have a typo. The Britches (trousers) Full of Stitches
Awesome 💙
Is it physically possible to make hi notes so smooth? Is a sound raw? Is it just a regular Feadog?
Haha yeah a regular Feadog but played by a master 😉
sounds so simple at first. but to make it sound so nonchalant takes so much skill.
It's really hard to play in 2-nd octave.
Доброго утра и волшебного дня! Наслаждайтесь и радуйтесь каждому, моменту своей жизни! Уверенности, Вам и спокойствия!
Beautiful ❤️
Demasiada hablada. Esta canción necesita ser muy cantada. Otherwise nice interpretation and variations on the melody. Lovely piano too. Thank you, very nice
I am a beginner Can anyone share me notes or an illustrated tab sheet of it. or can anyone suggest me how can I learn this tune..... Thanks in advance
Hello. THIS os traditional tune. We were learning just following his movements. You can try that way. Brian la the aurhor, hoy could ask him directly if you wish .
@@misscoffeecup Thank you so much I am also trying it to learn through his hand gesture ..... :)

Thanks You. Slowly is sometimes more impressive than fastly. ;)
Now I can learn something from my master. I love this man. Thanks for this stuff!

Florian Muller traddddd
Actually, Brian wrote this one.
@TheSky555 If you still need sheet music for The Orange Tree, I posted a copy on thesession: it's number 10613, but I don't think this site allows links in comments.
@DjBrunjaa We, me and other four friends were learning with the FEADOG Whistles and so that Brian was recording for us the lessons, and he is so great that could make such music with a simple FEADOG Whistle, and yeah DjBrunjaa I was one of the four lucky people that could attend to his workshop. Best Regards.
@Adrinator1 Hello! thanks for your visit. Irish traditional music is most of the time taught by ear, This is also Brian's method, he teaches the melodies note by note directly on the whistle, he says that is the way he learned. Brian left these videos for us to to watch once and again until you get note by note, be patient and good luck.
I wish I would have the Notes for this wonderfull sing.. but I cant find them :(
I was lucky enough to go to one of his workshops where he taught us this tune, never caught the name of it though, will have to re learn it from this vid. It really is a fantastic tune made even better with a fantastic player :]
Hey, the tune is called The Donegal Lass!
wunderbar means wondefull in german :)
Hola Buck: I love this tune too, It makes me happy that you like it, Brian Is the best of course and thanks to tell us the tittle, we didn't know it, as I did not know Brians's CD thanks.
Just found this video, thanks for posting it! I've loved this tune since I first heard it on Brian's CD "When the Party's Over" (the tune is " The Donegal Lass" ). I've wanted to learn it, but it's so fast and there's so much going on with it that it's been beyond my playing. This is awesome! Thanks again! :)
lucky im not the only one who gets nervous when i must play something right. its horrible with other people around me (and camera's and microphones), then i make a lot of awefull mistakes :/ but when im all alone and when i dont have to "show" it, i play my song flawless. btw youre playing is realy good, i cant hear or see that you're nerves are doing theyre work.
Don't know the meaning of Wunderbar! but I guess you like it :-D Thanks ;-)
Wunderbar! :o)
Wow!!! Thank you very much... we wanted to know the name of that beautiful tune. Best regards.
The Donegal Lass
like your version too!!! but I am a begginer and can not follow it do you know the name? I would like to search for the sheet..but I guess it will not be easy, isn't it?
Hello r34p3r07 :) what a sweet name... You have style I like!!! I also heard you playing Gabriels Oboe one of my favorites, it is lovely thanks for to upload and to share this music :) Best regards
:-) ! By the way, do you know the name of the first tune (Hello Jontska)
DerElligh it’s the lochaber badger......
Da sieht man's mal wieder.
I like that you like it DjBrunjaa, Brian is amazing, I can't believe that I could attend to his workshop :-). Best Regards.
Great!!! Thanks for post it! :D
love it
