Did my first solo 2005 out of Naples Fl. Int, in a Cessna 172 Skyhawk from London Flight School. I too will never forget that day. In the meantime I have been flying in Germany, Spain and Morocco. Haven't flown now for a while as I am almost 80 and my eyes and ears are no longer up to it, But Videos like this certainly bring back the magic of flying. Thank you Brady

Hey, I really enjoy this audio and used to frequent the Star Island harbor off the coast of Maine at night as a child. There's a very specific long whistling bell in that harbor, and I would LOVE it if you could capture the ambient sounds from a night out there ❤ I unfortunately no longer have access to a boat, but that was my child hood and it would mean the world to me

My Buddy did his training in 172's at Univ of Dubuque in Iowa. Got his license, learned IFR, became a CFI, started at Sky West Airlines. Nice job!!!

My story is just to long to tell it all. Passed the written test and never been in an airplane before with the help of Acerated Ground School's 4 day cram course. Soloed at 12 hours in a 152. Bought a Piper Tripacer and flew it back home from the panhandle of Florida to Charley Brown (Fulton County) airport and had radio failure in the traffic pattern. Following procedure for radio failure I finally got clearance to land when I told them I was low on gas and was a student pilot. Being twice the pattern altitude in radio failure in controlled airspace procedure. It was a hot landing losing all that altitude. Check ride two years later in Denver Colorado's Arapahoe Airport. (now it is called Centennial) I wrote a book that I never published on the story. Thanks for the memory of the 152.

lol funny that your 152 started up IMMEDIATLEY with no prime. The one that I use needs at the VERY minimum 5 primes and full throttle.

MSFS seems to only give RNAV03 option and not GPS03

took flight training in W. Germany while in Army. Loved flying there. Got back to U.S. and bought a new 172 that i sold to a flight school after 30 yrs flying.
