Them heart tools be on point for cheap socket for sure the way to go the heart set 225 PC set I keep on around but use to use one for pulling motors highly recommend there tools

Honestly I've had better luck with the cheap stuff I'm not paying for something I can't get a whole lot cheaper than snap-on and work almost the same

My father is 93 years old retired Master Mechanic , all his life and still today , he only used one brand of tools “ Craftsman “ USA 🇺🇸 Made , he still has the tools from 1970 , no complaints

I’ve got hart tools and I do everything from suspension, brakes, cab swaps and engine swaps, trans swaps, love my hart tools, and if a ratchet breaks, 20 bucks to replace, I’ve only broken 1 ratchet and it was a 3/8 drive, I had 2 breaker bars on it trying to break and axle shaft bolt loose, I was too lazy to get my half inch lol, but 2 breaker bars and a lot of force on my end and it broke, can’t fault it

You are using that tool for something it’s not designed for. Obviously a rattle gun and extension in that case. Snap on is not that good. The only thing Snap On do well is convince people they are good.

Snap you only need to buy one their guaranteed

i use harbor frieght best shit in my life it breaks once only every couple years then i take it in and they give me new one for free

I’ve broke more expensive name brand tools than any harbor freight tools

I’ve got a set of Milwaukee drills and I have a set of hyper tough (Walmart) drills… Can’t say I prefer the Walmart brand, but dammit if I haven’t had them for over five years and they still work just fine

Never had a problem with craftsmen tools!! If they break I can buy 5 more for the price of snap on with out going in debt to the big red truck

Hart Tools are dookie, but Snap-On isnt much better... especially for the price

Hart makes pretty good tools. My only complaint is that their cordless drill is a bit slow

Harbor freight all day everyday

I used to use the Stanley extension ratchet, but after breaking three of them I bought an Ez-Red Extended ratchet. I broke it once, rebuilt it, and still use it. I had a 3/8 flex head Snap-On that I had rebuilt 3 times and then snapped the whole head off with in a couple years. Now I have a Pittsburgh Pro 3/8 flex head that I've had for maybe 4 years and never broke it. I've got a ton of ratchets but my Pittsburgh and Ez-Red are my favorites.

I get being frugal and the tools don't make the mechanic but being cheap is being cheap.
