Beeswax is a hard wax, which creates tunnels. best to use for pillars. Its hard to use in containers. use soy much better ressults

Felt this video for sure! I’ve gone back and forth so many times on just scrapping the blog and channel. Ultimately it does bring me joy and enough income for it to be worth it. But I definitely don’t let it take away from my family time or mental health any more. As you well know you can hustle and sacrifice and then one algorithm changes and it all goes away. Hi, These are great, but what do the hole reinforcers do?

I know it's only been two months since this was posted, but how has this been holding up. I'm looking to do this to my new sewing room, but flooring and finding someone to put flooring in is expensive.

Now after having painted three different floors with three different paints, I did an updated version painting my son's bedroom. And for sure if you have the same kinds of subfloors you will want to use a primer that is specifically for covering flooring like this. Because the glue in the subfloor is interfering with the paint actually adhering.

I have touch lamp and i did the magnet test, but it looks like it has rust, what kind I do too clean or minimize the rust?

Also may I suggest trying Floetrol added to your paint when doing trim and shiplap type projects, it helps reduce brush marks. I really like the color!

But you so sincerely voiced the courage that it takes for me to do any kind of diy project. I have done so much work renovating my century home ~ too many diy projects, I can't even remember them all. But I've only ever done each one once......first time refinishing hardwood floors, first time laying ceramic tile, first time installing baseboard and trim, first time building a chicken coop, first time making a stone foundation, etc. And then I never do THAT project again. So I never really get good at anything. I'm such an unskilled perfectionist ~ I live in a constant state of frustration. Thank you for saying it out loud. The internet is FULL of diy videos where the creator makes everything look so easy, I feel such self doubt and ineptitude. You are such an inspiration! Keep doing great things and letting us peak in to celebrate your spirit and your determination. 🙏🏻

I can’t believe it. I found that exact same green desk lamp today at Goodwill $1.99! Filthy. Looked up how to clean black spots off of brass lamp and there you are lol. Also I have and have had over 50 milk glass lamps. I have 4 alone in my bedroom 3 in another spare room and 4 upstairs in a sitting room 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh Julie, this video has me feeling... IT. I'm right there with you as far as your house being a remodeling project... mine is going on 17 years. You are so right, this year has been a black hole, nearly half way through April already... time with your kids is so precious and it does fly by. Someday your kids will look back and see how hard you've worked to try and make the best life you could for them. I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, being injured by no fault of your own, and then having to fight with your insurance company sounds like the stuff of nightmares. I'm sorry you're feeling this way, your content is so good. Some of your DIY's are the best out there, you sooooo deserve so much more traffic. As long as you're putting out content, I'll be here to watch it, like it, comment.. and hopefully your traffic with pick back up. 💗
