    Rentals are dirt cheap here indicating that apartments are over priced manipulated by brokers and developers who give impression of high demand and low supply. But reality is most investors are not end users and struggling to dispose off or even let out. Brokers are misleading people that rates would jump to Rs 25000 psf. Who will buy at these rated and Where is the affordability for people? People lured by developers paid 30% with plan to exit but are stuck as there are no takers and they are not in a position to pay the balance price.

    Why nobody talks about the high phosphorus content in the dxp sectors and wetland.Why chintels is being demolished ,balconies of Mahindra aura are falling.See the condition of raheja projects,Paras dews,satya hermitage and godrej summit.Same will be the case with hero homes and shaporji with the passage of time.As due to wetland and high phosphorus content building strength will weak.But everyone is busy selling there product.

      Badhega to nahin. If you haven't bought already, put that money in mutual funds for the next 4 years. You will get a lot more appreciation than property in gurgaon for the next few years.

    Signature GLobal is a big fraud.. dont get into their trap. read reviews on mouth shut or ask people of SG Global Park... Everyone is in big regret now.. save yourself from trap.. I really doubt if they will sustain by delivery of new projects in 2030.... Every customer is fed up of them - their mistakes & lack of experience. Also, they really dont have good intention.. once money is in their pocket.. They dont listen to anyone... Really dont know with this attitude in market - how long they will sustain... Probably history will repeat like Supertech and all... Save yourself and your money... Govt should do Audit before its too late and another bankruptcy of builder happens... People will be trapped again
