Good question. There's no additional fee for riding the boat. It's like booking for a hotel room. So the 198K won is all that we paid for the ferry ride and accommodation The room in this video will cover maximum of 2 adults. If you're a group of more than 2, you have to book the bunk beds (cheaper) or get multiple rooms (comfortable)

I think we tried online too and didn't get there but we just risked it and went to the port and bought tickets on the spot. Also don't forget to be at the port at least 2 hours before the ferry departs :) Or earlier so you can have choices for your bed or room, otherwise it could go sold out.

Short answer: For Busan, yes, you need a Visa. If you enter Korea through Busan, you need a Visa. If you enter through Jeju and stay only in Jeju, you don't need a Visa. All of these are regardless whether you hava multiple tourist visa in Japan
