7:08 don't see it , don't understand it. Can you explain?
This video will be better, czcams.com/video/_b5WGmm3QmI/video.html
where to start and what next?. How can i know what video to watch next?
Let me know what your goal is:)
@DrawingwithMrJoo Well first I will like to be able to express myself in a way that will help me in drowning my technical ideas. If I have more time and will be able to take upon myself more...maybe more wide artistic tools and knowledge. Second I started to learn SolidWorks by myself and had to stop because I bought the wrong laptop. The one that is needed even for old version (say 2014 )is not in my budget . So for the time being I thought to use my time to learn the technical drawing I wish I could learn SolidWorks it's really amazing thing, I wish I knew about it before. By the way are you INFJ?. THANKS.
@@davidrabin7287 Hi, there are two main drawing systems you can use, parallel projection and perspective projection. Depending on what your technical idea requires, you need to choose what will be the best way to show your idea. The video you watched shows Axonometric Projection only. I will probably pick any videos that have a similar angle to what my ideas look like. If you can share some samples, that will help.
@@davidrabin7287 I had that test a long time ago, so I cannot remember. But half of what it says about INFJ seems correct:)
@DrawingwithMrJoo was afraid to ask...well I saw your company goals...it fits INFJ....well its explains a lot
i don't undwerstand in the iso the triangel ,infrant of the 30 degray there is 2 inch right ok,so infrant of the 60 degray there is need to be 4 inch because its duable 30 degre, so why the 4 inch is infrant of the 90 deagre?
That is correct, please take a look at the triangle drawing one more time:) where X and 2X are.
X infront of the 30 2x infront of the 90
60,60,60 triangle cut to two?????@@DrawingwithMrJoo

Thnx sir :)

wowww. thank you for making this video. this really helped me and i got an A+😁😁😁
You are very welcome, I am very happy for you.
Cool
Thanks:)
The shadow for the E should be drawn from the back corner between the letters since it is a solid object.
Shadow in the picture was drawn purposely that way to show the letter "WE" clearly. Because of the thickness of the letter block, the shadow will not look that way at all:)
this is exactly what i was looking for; frustrating that it took me so long just to find a nice, easy to understand vid on this. thank you so much!!!!
My pleasure! If you need any help in future, let me know.
Sir what is the ruler you are using called ? Thank you for the video it was easy to follow
My pleasure! The wooden ruler was given by the district when I first got my art teaching job. I also used a clear plastic ruler. For the wooden ruler, I wasn't sure so I had to look up:) Hardwood ruler with ring binder holes.
They have many names. Type in a ruler with holes, you will find many choices.
The explanation is good, just your voice is kinda low. Thank you by the way.
Thank you. I had multiple advise on that issue. I will do my best to make it better:) Thank you again.
Thank you for sharing, I'm learning how to draw so every little bit helps. Keep up the good work 👌
Thank you so much 😀
proportions are explained so nicely. Forgot some of these rules but now time to draw

thank you so much!!

btw why do you, make lines trough the upper corners with the left vanishing point, I thought vanishing point lines are always through the lower corners
can you do the same video, but then 3D letters and numbers as objectives

You are very welcome!
Dimetric transition is used in golden axe, growl ... .retro games, the main perspective for that games are oblique (chevallier perspective) and in some transtifon special for "towns" or some dead space, they combine the chevallier perpective with a fake in the dimetric perspecdtive.
Thank you for sharing the information:)
It would be worth pointing out in this tutorial the difference between an artificial light source and the sun. If the shadow is cast by the sun then the light rays would be parallel due to the sun's great distance. If the light source is an artificial one e.g. a street lamp, then the light rays can be drawn from the light source. A simple explanation is that when you move sideways from an artificial light, the light stays fixed in its position whereas if you try and move sideways from the sun, then sun moves with you. Therefore the sun rays are parallel. It is a common error perpetuated in many perspective tutorials.
True, you are right:) thank you for your comment.👍
Your videos have been really helpful for me! Can you tell me what exercises should I do to master perspective? Like what should I progress to after practicing boxes? I've been drawing boxes in 1 and 2 point perspective. Also one more question, how do I know I am good a perspective?
Move on to drawing letters, and multiple letters, while you are working on them, try to apply them to real things in life like interior and exterior structures: drawing a room or landscape with buildings houses, etc. Have a clear set of goals, that will guide you to a more specific exercise. Let me know if you need any specific lessons, I will do my best to explain them in a drawing.
Perfect 👍
Merci beaucoup:)
