@@LivinginWesternWashington425 Crime Grade says Seattle is in the 8th percentile for safety. Meaning 92% of cities are safer. Between the woke f@scista, the crime and the taxes I'd call that at the very least a gateway to hell. Indeed every place does have drawbacks, but on any scale Seattle is a pit.

I am 67 yrs old, and I have been born & raised in the Puget Sound area. We may have some issues here, i.e., traffic, as we have a very challenging topography, but it's beautiful here. I can't imagine living anywhere else!!!❤

That’s a great question and one I have not researched. I am sure sewer capacity and waste water treatment are part of the master plan and an important part of the development.

Hi Shenel3202. If I was making any money off this I would send you some to go get dinner at Koko’s there at Seabrook. Actually never sold a house there and no one gave me a dime to do any of this. I would most certainly being willing to work with someone if Seabrook was a good fit and I don’t mind driving to the coast. So I am hoping that can happen for sure.
