I mixed the ginger concentrate with sparkling water. It was really refreshing! The ginger concentrate without the sparkling water was really good too! The next time I try this, I will use honey instead of Truvia (brown sugar). The Truvia gives a bit of an aftertaste. 👅

Roller sets and twist outs work great for me. It’s just this braid out. The key to success is letting your hair set. Make sure it is fully dry!! What rollers do you use for your roller set? Check out my spiral rod set video.

This style was a Wash-and-go. When I do flat twists, I typically leave them in for at least one day to ensure they are fully dry. I think making sure they are fully set and the direction of the flat twist makes a difference.

Well, just try it again and see if sleeping in them works for better results. If not then try the gel method. It's trial and error for sure

You absolutely have to have your patience bank full when you do this style! But, I belive it’s worth the effort. It’s a labor of love.
