The Ray Family Baptisms

Not one! Not two!! But three baptisms!!! What a glorious moment. We got to see the Ray Family confess Jesus as their Savior. They demonstrated their faith and total trust in their Lord Jesus Christ...and are fully committed to live obediently to Him. Acts 22:16 says, "What are you waiting for? Get up and be baptized. Have your sins washed away by calling on the name of the Lord."

The Apostle Paul wrote in Colossians 2:12: "For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. Well said. Thanks. Faith is not faith "for" or "as" or "to". Faith is "faith in" or "faith at", like in what you belive in. The faith is unimportant, it's what you belive in that matters. It's the object of faith that counts. And for as is the object of faith JESUS. God doesn't look on my faith, He looks on the object of my faith. And if that object is Jesus, then you're good. Rom 4:5. And this is the point where "Word of Faith" get lost. They really look on "my" faith and see that as the instrument that we should train and grow. Matt 7:22 is where you find them.
