    I own a flat there and we haven’t received any information about possession from the builder. They haven’t received the OC from the authority as far as we know. Not sure how you are promising possession in 4 months.

      See Rajesh ji ! every buyer has different mind set of investing in a residential property also using same property as a end user on possession is also different !! so i'll say if you are geeting property at 11k/sqft with easy payment plan in pre-launch & same property you wanna buy at 17-18k/sqft nearby possession! if it suits you, you can go with your decision!!

      every project has their pros n cons!! you should look their plan, specifications, openness, 2flat/floor with 3 lifts concept at this pre launch offering price! if it justify you, you can buy else multiple option are there on dwarka expressway you can go as per your budget

Ideally you should take a stand and pick one with full authority if you call yourself a consultant. Price is same for all 3. Layout pros and cons and let your viewers understand which one to pick for an investment and which one for an end use. Your content is really good but there are brokers at least taking a stand for which one to choose and doing a better job. Wont pin point which broker as I don’t want to hit your business.     Property market is badly crashed in Yamuna expressway, Noida Expressway, Sector 150 and in Noida extension due to unrealistic prices demanded by Builders and other investors. Pls avoid investing in these areas and better to wait and watch for another 5-6 month to get the clear picture. Also NA has not approved OC and has not opened the registry in sector 150 due to which both builders & investors are not able to sell their unsold flats at higher rate. Its your hard earned money please never come under any influence after seeing any such news or videos where these middlemen ( TV channels, Broker, agent or social media influencers) are misguiding the general public by spreading news that market is doing great and prices will go up in future.

I personally paid Farmer compensation two time which was not informed us before booking the flat. Not only this they are also charging huge amount of transfer changes. Club membership before they said free now they are charging 2pack rupees. Buyers should be aware about all pro and cons. The reason I am replying on your post because I got my flat booked through you. Tell me if I am wrong

      Yes!! Sec -150 mai just because of issue they have holded entire new launch of 150 from 2021 to till date !! Developer who were in row of launching Eldeco, prestige, Birla, Tata, Bhutani !! No one has launched yet so can't blame on single builder!! Once authority strt to give approval prestige will launch at 150 too!

      Spoke to Godrej about delivery of Nest- they dont have plans to deliver before OC. OC not expected before 2025Q1 and they need another quarter post OC to handover. So diwali timeline for any project out of question

    Selling their units in the name of Sport sector is the biggest fraud by developer which is yet to be completed and that is ghe reason NA has not approve the registry because no developer has developed the sports amenities as promised.

      Ace Allow transfer at some property at some they dont allow!! it will get clear on allottment day !! for the pricing lets see what price they launch at same location other good developer selling at 9-10-10.5k/sqft having small plots size of 5 Acre So Ace having quality project will be good to buy at this pricing (nearby 10.5-11k/sqft)
