Here we have the power inverter Tesla Model 3 2020, single rear motor where I was intended to look for damage and the supposed Phyro Fuse wich is supposed to be in the middle of 1 of the 3 phases. I think the phyro fuse is placed in newer Tesla M3 models. Do you like it. please share and give 1 thump up.

I forgot to mention that in the 4 pin Cam Out or video output to the central touch screen in the Tesla Model 3, there is a two pin conector located in the same connector. it is may be used for powerring the touch screen.

The acidity or PH of the coolant corroded the circuit board terminals after 1 month of the crashing. I wonder why the coolant reach the terminals if there is a coating of a nice epoxy. We also wonder if the active balancing is included by means of pulsing mosfets and briefly short circuiting with a resistor in series with the mosfet, each parallel stack of 21700 cells.

I am telling in the video about the BMS. number 3 the readiness of individual 21700 cells in parallels (31 cells in parallels) and 24 of those in series. Please note that I mentioned a value of 4 in the first part of the video where I mean 4 packs in series.

Before you purchase a battery pack, please read all the voltages of INDIVIDUAL cells and make a note of the level allowance. Also you can test the battery pack modules by short circuiting with a R = V/I formula. you first choose the current you will make Pass through your resistor. Then watch by cells that drop its voltage.

Please take care when you unscrew those bolts. Due that the back side of each battery module can touch the battery case and the tiny fuses, wich are a lot (one for each lithium cell) can be broken or blend.

      Hi Felix¡ in this Tesla model 3, standar range or one single motor, there are around 23 cells multiplied by 24 = 552 indivudual cells per pack Each pack has 24 series of 23 cells in parallel. Do you know what I mean?

      Do you mean the electric motor? If yess, this is a DC series wound fork lift motor, rated ar 36 to 48 volts, wich I now drive with a DC motor controller of the brand Kelly. later I can give you the model, where I joust wound the motor in series, I mean, as you know, the two point conections A1 and A2 (armature) are in series with the F1 and F2 (Field). Ask me any you whant to know if I am going in the direction you ask me first. Have my regards¡

      Hi, I do not have yet the DC motor model. But, it is a 9 inch 36 volts fork lift motor. I suggest you that the brush and conmutator bars in the DC motor mus be the thick enough in order to handle the 400 amper that the DC controller can give to the motor. Later I will show you in a video. I also recommend you to think in AC motors, due that the maintenance in the taking care of the brushes in the DC motor is a mess. If you are located in the USA, you can go to a Yunk where can buy a Tesla Motor. The controller for this Tesla motor you can find on internet.
