Lost in Ladis
zhlédnutí 33Před 10 měsíci
We went down a track in Ladis Austria, without knowing where it went or how far it was. The sign said 22 but we didn't know if that was 22 minutes, kilometres or hours. Obviously we survived, but things got a bit desperate towards the end.
Possum Attack

Rats were eating my tomatoes so I put two cameras into the veggie garden to see what it was. Initially, there were rats so I set baits and traps but that attracted possums so I had to take them in.

I love Austrailia, the most dangerous place in the world!!
no attack!!! false title. crocks found a dead pig thats all
Note to Self - Never swim again.
They are very Efficient
Why won't they build a high bridge over this crossing? It's 2023, maybe they have by now.
Can hear both 🐊 🐊 singing, 🎶"Gimmie me a break, Giiiiive me a break, Break me off of piece o'dat..." 🎵
Looks like someone threw in a feral pig they shot...just so they could get some croc footage and make a stupid youtube vid with clickbait name.
Nice Crocs. I wonder if you can make them into lap pets
Attack?? Watch me attack my bowl of macaroni and cheese
Crocs have small bellies consider to their size. They can only rip pieces at a time. They grab with their teeth and uses teeth like a saw, because they can't chew. They often death roll their pieces to bite sizes. Or when they're more crocs they team up and take a limb each and tear it in two directions. Therefore they are slow eaters. Though their killings are quick.
Herpetologist here. Thanks for helping others to better understand crocodilians. Couple of small corrections: 1. Not having seen any measurements or stomach-to-body weight relative dimensions, I'm not sure that crocodilians have small stomachs relative to their size. Do you have a data source to support that statement? If so, I'd love to see it. Certainly crocodilians can put away quite a bit of meat in one meal (for instance, I've seen a large Nile croc get down an entire Impala). 2. You are correct that crocodilians cannot chew. However, their conical teeth do not work "like a saw;" they are only good for gripping and (in larger specimens) crushing, not cutting through anything. Moreover, they cannot move their jaws either back and forth or side to side relative to each other, which would preclude any "sawing" motion. That is precisely why they must either shake their prey apart (if feeding on a large item alone) or, as you say, "team up" and feed cooperatively, with one or more animals holding the carcass while one or more others tear off chunks by spinning - - the so-called "death roll" (which is a misnomer; it's actually a feeding roll). 3. It is true that crocodilians can "only rip [off] pieces at a time" IF the prey item they are eating is a large one. But smaller prey items - - e.g., a fish, a racoon or other small mammal for a big gator, etc. - - can be and generally are swallowed whole.
If a pig is flying or running and a croc catches him that's called an attack.Three crocs eating a dead pig carcass under a bush is called a blessing feast.not subbing.
We were there that day 👍
Wishing Pumba a speedy recovery ❤️🩹
Love your vids keep up the good work mate 😜
Don't worry honey I'm bringing home take out lol
!
crocodile 🙏🛎
Not even Sharks can make certain waterways and bodies of water to be INSTANT DEATH/SEVERE INJURY to swim in. Crocodile infested waters pretty much guarantee you'll DIE if you swim in them but *****N' IDIOTS try it anyway. There are NO SAFE WATERS IN AUSTRALIA, FLORIDA, & AFRICA(even though Gators aren't as aggressive and rarely automatically attack Humans the way Crocs do, still though, the risk is always there).
"Cahill's Crossing: Crocodile NON attack fine, easy dining" is more accurate a title.
Very lucky to witness this. Thanks for sharing.
my mother always told me not to play with my food

Good video, nice to see it not shaking etc
Good video.
croc in the bush nearby: 'psst, whatcha doing'
Crocs are funny creatures: quick killers but very slow eaters
This road is dangerous man is there any news about attack on human on this road?
Yeh I was there yesterday. 5 people have been killed there in recorded history.
@@curlybeck1 thats quite a big numbers also, thank you for sharing
@@haremking2599 you’re welcome, I just read somewhere that it’s more than 5. I wonder what the actual numbers are. It’s a crazy place.
yep! lots have been attacked, a few killed. one got decapitated
why no one kill that croc
It’s the crocs land !!

Wonder what's so compelling on the other side of the crossing for people to brave the water and crocodiles.
The vast wilderness of Arnhem land.
It's the only access road. Cross at low tide and not much problem, other than dodging any croc sunning itself across the concrete.
@@einfelder8262 You'd think the intelligent thing to do is build a proper bridge
@@coasteyscoasteys4150 Or you could credit the locals with some intelligence. Research what happens to the crossing during the monsoon season. The water would wash away any bridge.

I think I would prefer take helicopter across instead.
But what if it crashes down...
Umm, a much better road is needed asap, like years ago! Wtf!!!
Generally when crocs eat a carcass it is not considered an 'attack' 🙄
quite

Those Crocodiles are tearing up the Razorback apart. At least I think that pig looks like a Razorback.
He's a long way from Arkansas.
Both Ms. Kent and Mr/Ms. Wordsmith are correct. What is really remarkable is that these Salt Water Crocodiles (C. porosus), normally very territorial and aggressive towards each other, cooperate to dismember the carcass. Nile crocs do the same thing, but are typically not as much "loners" as the salties.
These are freshies ?
Free porkchops for Mr.Croc
Why don't they build bridge
Will destroy and damage the eco system there that's y
Along with what Crafts said, the bridge would also likely be washed away during flood season
@@keshavnuwal7991 How
@@devonlord99 Build stronger bridge
@@keshavnuwal7991 Agree ! And who wants to build a bridge in these waters
Just doing what they are there for...clearing up all the leftovers and rotting meat ...
I wouldn’t so much call that a crocodile attack! More like, lunch for a couple of lucky crocs lol.🐊🐖
