When using a braid main line to two pound flourocarbon leader, do you have your drag set so low that you strip drag on the snap? I am having issues breaking off on a bite with light line. I might be using too stiff of a rod with the braid??

What specific rod would you recommend for 1/16 and 1/8 d2 jigs?

Hi trout magnet! I recently ordered a trout magnet neon kit for the first time and very excited to try it out but unfortunately I received an incomplete package. I don't quite sure if my country's custom officer stealing stuff from it or an error packaging from Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited since it only came with 1 black hook, it should 12 hooks and I also missing quite a few black green grubs.

Do you use the TM jig head on these?

Black/green, bison, bubblegum pink, white/chart, and bulldog. Thats pretty much the must haves. All others are "nice to haves"

When’s the new rod coming out?

Took my daughter there which is 11 back in March by dam 3. Fished for bout two hours before she hooked and brought in a 24 inch. Brown trout. Was a great feeling to see.

LOVE the kits so much. The Blue Dunn slays the smallmouth here in the Little River. This was super neat to see. I’m going to practice this to see if I can learn how to twitch the lure properly. I’m betting it will increase the take ratio for other fish, as well. Thanks, fellas.

There’s no reason why they can’t do supplemental stocking with Chad or shiners

I like to reel and slowly twitch the Trout Magnet. I learned the technique from watching Randy Goad videos. I most always catch fish doing this.

Here in central PA the answer to that question is always rootbeer color on a black head. White on a black head is close second.
