Hi there! You can use the Reloop ELITE's performance pads to take control of Neural Mix. You double press the SAMPLER performance pad button to do this. Neural Mix channels (e.g. Drums, Harmonic, Vocals) are mapped onto each row of the performance pads, with the top row allowing to solo a channel and the bottom row muting it. You can select the Neural Mix channels in the djay user interface by tapping the Neural Mix button. Hey there! You can turn off Sync for your decks if you don't want the beatgrid (whether standard or Dynamic) to affect your performance. You can also further customize how Sync works by going to Settings -> General -> Sync Mode and disabling the other Sync options.

@AlgoriddimOfficial thanks for replying. I did figure it out 5 minutes after posting on here. When I turned off sync I was able to do the instant double crossfader stutter. It was something I done before on this program so I know it was capable.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch! Have you updated to the latest version of djay (we are currently at v5.2.3)? And if so, have you subscribed to djay Pro yet? The Neural Mix Crossfader FX should appear after "Hydrant".

@@AlgoriddimOfficial Yes, I have version 5.2.3 and a purchased pro subscription. I have a Mac Pro (2019) macOS - Ventura 13.6.7 (22G720). After "Hydrant" I have "Shuffle" and nothing else.

I'm really sorry, but I think the problem is specifically in the Crossfade FX section. I have a regular Neural Mix in the programme. Perhaps this is a desktop computer problem?

Hi there, and thanks for getting in touch! Neural Mix hasn't been available for Apple Music yet. It's available on our other streaming options though, including djay Music and TIDAL with the DJ Extension.

Hi muchodj! Yes it does import your iTunes library and playlists. If you have an account on one of our supported music streaming services (eg Apple Music, Soundcloud, TIDAL with DJ Extension) you can also access your playlists from within djay's browser.
