I'm using Dulux primer/sealer oil based but looking to find out if adding penetrol will be OK or not. I heard elsewhere (not sure what brand they were using) that the undercoat never dried out properly after adding penetrol. Any insights?

This is the first video I found that helped me to get back the ladder. Everybody seems to excited to show how to extend the ladder, but then when you need to store it again, you can't manage to open the spring locks to lower the ladder because Werner ladder explanation on the side of the ladder leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, it's one of those marketing information that who actually wrote the instruction did it in an an office with AC, but probably never went out in the field and tried to follow his own instructions. It works if you already know how to do it. Thanks again for the help.

How close does your knife get into the corner on each pass? I'm trying not to leave a line from the edge of the knife as I'm skimming back over the compound, but if I don't get far enough into the corner, it just leaves a raised line of compound where the knife edge left off.

Can I mix the oil based Floetrol in epoxy to help With leveling I have had problems with leveling and have had to sand and re epoxy too many times on this one piece

How long do I need to wait to prime after the last coat of air dry compound, and then how long after primer would you suggest I wait to paint? Thanks

I accidentally painted rusty outdoor metal pieces with floetrol instead of penetrol. Do I need to remove the floetrol before redoing with penetrol? If yes, how do I remove without damaging the patina? Thanks!

Can you recommend an addictive product that would increase sheen to water based paint please? I purchased a decent amount of concrete floor paint not realizing its a flat sheen and would prefer a satin to semi-gloss.
