this boat is a gift from Cristian F. Added a brushless motor , ESC, Rudder Servo, Rx. I think that I need to install a motor with higher Kv or run it at higher voltage to have more RPM at the propeller. Very nice first try at Heather Farms, Walnut Creek CA.

Jurin Sokol glider. Now with the added Spoiler feature , as per my friend's "deadstik" concept design. One servo embedded in the wing center panel , moves the Spoiler surface.

Using four custom designed 3D printed parts. Two HS-225BB 27g servos are used for the pitcheron mechanism. Wing TE deflection is /- 1cm with 100% aileron command. Functional Elevator. Rudder is inoperative. On a switch there are three spoileron positions , { 0, 0.25 , 0.50 }cm up . Millennium Master - Movie

Maiden flight of the Millennium Master RC model airplane. Has an upgraded .10 brushless motor and a 3 blade 12"x8" MAS propeller. 40 A ESC. The nose landing gear was also upgraded to accommodate the larger propeller. The airplane was hand launched as there is no runway to use at the site.

nice, bird planes fly so good. 👍 but the tail of this model would annoy me, a normal bird style tail with slight anhedral like 120deg would suffice, it doesn't need this extra two vertical that create drag

in this case the wingspans are: U2 2m, Jester 1.5 m slopers go up to 4 m typically, and there are even bigger ones.

needs a vertical stabilisor , what a real seagull dos not need because of the very fine microcontrol of wing to compensate for instability over the top axis.

Maybe a bit more nose weight and a clear Perspex type vertical fin would help the flight characteristics a bit, nice model all the same

pusher propeller configurations are noisier than tractors , as the tractor propeller is cutting into undisturbed air.

Looks like pitch and especially yaw stability are ... marginal. If you are interested in playing with the design, maybe try split ailerons on a rate gyro to help with yaw excursions, and a simple rate gyro on the elevator would help with pitch oscillations.
