The official, entirely hand-animated music video for the fourth single from Numento's upcoming third album, “The Antimatter Fantasy”, that will be released on 7th of June on all streaming platforms!
Finnish modern melodeath act Numento releases "Opilion," their fourth single from their upcoming third album. The track combines aggressive sound, crushing rhythms and addictive melodies into a perfect union, forming the trademark style of Numento. The song is about being trapped in a psychopathic, sick fantasy world of a predator-like character, pictured here as a spider-like creature.

Perfection as (almost) always. I hope I don't seem unjustifiably biased, lessening the weight of my praise. You guys are just genuinely incredible musicians, all of you. There's such an enormous lack of this level of talent and it's so sad that you're not the #1 band on every radio station, but in a way that's also a compliment as unfortunately the #1 bands on radio are mostly adult nursery rhyme creators with no talent at all. Btw, was there some Sonata Arctica inspiration in that guitar solo around 1:40? Perhaps my imagination, but I got vibes of Tallulah, or Shamandalie maybe?
