Even the heavyweights don't seem to get heavyweight does not mean around the gut & have fat hanging around the back even lol. Its supposed to be toned muscle weight. I note this in particular with English fighters. Then they gas out because they don't have the Cardio either. I'm 65 & ripped at 17½ st & 6'2" & would put most of these feckers to shame , but then my discipline is Karate , which means real discipline & a way of life , not just a pansy few weeks training camp lol.
