Simple as breathing together. Why does it feel so hard sometimes?

Hi, I like parts of this and I think there’s a lot to grow. I’ve had a lot of meditation teachers and I’d want beginners to see the simplicity of meditation. The intention here feels pure. I would definitely not mix a “language meditation” with “language music”. Throw in a visual of a video composed of different cuts and there’s a lot going on. Also I’d stick to saying”word” or “word or phrase” but don’t mix them up. Again, keep it simple. Thanks and I hope this is useful advice for the next one. Again, great stuff to help beginners through.

This is so very good. I hadn't realized that early on I learned to confuse listening with being convinced. I was told to listen so that adults could convince me to change my mind; but that is not how it needs to be for me anymore. ❤

Excellent summary of Unitarianism. I think your last statement hit the nail on the head, that in Unitarianism, humans have the faculties to discern truth. That is, to know good and evil (to use an ancient Hebrew idiom) for themselves.
