Davo's the right take. Honestly if the game is good, rewarding, not super grindy, people will be happy. The problem really is the game is stagnant and grindy when it comes to rewards and repeating events. Things like Twigo's event and those fruit match whatever bs should just be login rewards. A lot of repeatable grinding things like demon king raid should be a limited weekly sweep - given that you completed certain objective, much like training cave. EDIT: If the rate is still just 3% for SSR, it's still horrible. There's actually a lot of time I go a few rotation and only get like 3-4 SSR. outside of guaranteed. They need to either boost that or have a special shop to exchange. For example Gelda is the only one I don't have max out of this. So anything that isn't the new collab or gelda is a big L.

At this point it’s just a cycle. They make fake promises at the beginning of the year, butcher the first half with absolute bull shit, then say ur working on changes and say in the middle of the year that they’re listening to players and didn’t realize that their decision caused inconveniences. Then latter half of the year make slightly better changes then towards the end add some atrocious new event that we have to grind or a new upgrade system.

The painful laughs... I'm far less concerned about the characters than getting all the systems revamped. Coin shop, all the PVP shops, reverse stages, the traveling shop that pops up in random towns, training grotto still is just a bandaid fix, ect. If they don't want to do those other modes anymore and want to favor the new ones, remove them and distribute the rewards that would be there elsewhere (Ideally also double them, there's a crap ton of characters, at this point more general rewards outside of diamonds are needed, I feel it even as a little kipp in game). You can add all kinds of things, but if you keep the dead weight it usually still affects the moral. I won't believe they're actually listening till they deliver, been burned too many times.

I like the collab and old ones getting buffed + banner has less fillers, thats big W. On other side i dont like the geared pvp change for challenger. 99.5% of players cant ever reach top 100 and if the shop will contain some of must have items (there are UR cards on the screen, that could be part of some really good set), it will gate out players and favors only whales :/

the last paragraph of what acascio said hits hard for me. like holy sh I'm on the newer and side and i CANNOT keep up with the game because I don't have time to fully grind out my box and new ways to get you stronger are coming in left and right. I really like this game but pvp sucks cuz of CC bonuses, pve is hard af without certain units, not enough actual story and more just collab like why tf did we have to wait 4 years for 4kota just to get Percival and yet we keep getting updates to ragnarok and catastrophes

A tip from a noob here. I don't have Mael or the overlord collab characters, but I beat challenge with Ultimate Escanor, Thor, Baldr, and green Brunhild. It depends on the cards but for 3 out of 5 runs, you can clear challenge, specially if you go to phase 2 with Thor ultimate and passive on. I'm top 33% but at least I'll get some diamonds and also all exchange rewards. Before you fire away, this is for players that haven't got overlord char or a full goddess team.

In Russian client it's said "if ally human dies in ally turn" wich means this is counter for baldr I guess. Imagine killing Ban just to recieve another 50% dmg debuff, sounds broken. her 10% dmg stats already very good backline buff for PVE content. And logical now you can facerush turn 2 Baldr with arthur and kill him easily. Rock Paper Scissor

All the fucking bird does is just get his all stats and dmg increase while healing a shit ton as well and I’m out here pumping dmg like no one’s business so there has to be a catch for the last phase

Your points are on target man. My kh discord had to make a newbie help section and demonic beat one just because of that. Granted our discord changed into two kh’s because we started growing too large lol. But one guy is legit dedicated to just handling beast questions and teams. The bigger issue you didn’t cover really is burnout.
