Pushing fans off stage has been a thing that happens at punk shows for years. It was clearly a very tragic accident. You can see how guilty and heartbroken he feels just looking at him.
Can someone explain to me how he was found not guilty of accidentally killing someone (manslaughter)? We all know that's what happened - what legally happened in the Czech court that found him not guilty of unintentionally killing that man? This is insane.
The crime he was not found guilty of was I believe: Intention to cause bodily harm resulting in death, the prosecution did not prove that Blythe had any intention to hurt the boy, what happened was that Blythe pushed a boy a little bit with ONE hand, after that the boy jumped himself trying to crowdsurf. By the way accidentally killing someone while you were not doing anything wrong is not even a crime.

Very pathetic how people idolize grown men who act like butt hurt little boys and encourage harmful behavior like stage diving and moshing. I see this as a sacrifice to the spirt that is metal. Jumped? He was blindsided, pushed by Blythe with both hands. The only reason Blythe got off was because blame was pushed to security for not handling it beforehand. I could see how this could create a potential legal basis in a court system for him being found not guilty, but in the real world, that's bullshit. If you accidentally kill someone with your bare hands, YOU have committed manslaughter, not the security team that let you come into the situation.

Some jerkoff uploader uploaded the video you saw, and called it a video of what happened when that guy died, which is false. In the circumstance where the guy died, he had climbed on stage, and while he was standing up, the singer pushed him off, alone, with both hands.
