I literally didn't even know they had a filter you had to clean. Took it out yesterday and I started gagging IT WAS CAKED IN WHITE CRUSTALES, NOT CRYSTALS, CRUSTALS, WITH BLACK GOO ALL OVER IT IT SMELLED AWFUL. It's second hand, and I'm fairly certain the previous owner never cleaned it either cuz we only used it for like a month because it absolutely NEVER wanted to properly clean the dishes + it stank after every cycle

You get totally RIPPED off by selling your home. The last home I sold I paid $45,600 in commissions ( this includes commission to the buyers agent who is negotiating AGAINST you) and nearly $10,000 in closing costs, (no tax in AZ) rippoff. My monthly principal was $491. If you do the math, over 9 years of my monthly principal was paid out to commissions and closing. OVER NINE YEARS WORTH! Selling ones home makes alot of people very wealthy.

Where I messed up saleing a house is saleing it too cheap to sale it fast as the utility bills and tax’s were killing me while I was renting so I took the first low offer I could get it was winter too so it was difficult

I wish i had lots of money to live in River Towers apartments in Alexandria, Virginia. River Towers apartments are nice. I go to Belle View shopping center close by River Towers. I love CVS Pharmacy, Safeway grocery store, barbershop, Roy Rogers restaurant, Baskin Robbins ice cream in Belle View shopping center. I also love Martha Washington library on Fort Hunt street.

If I received the HOA documents when I purchased the home and I still have them, why can’t I just forward them to my buyer? What changes in those HOA documents?
