I just bought a 2020 XC60 T6 Inscription but it doesn't seem to have the massage features or cooling seats. Am I missing something? I thought this model came with it.

Purrfect little commewter car, I agree. I have the exact same one (outside color, 2018 edition, LED lights, etc.). The only thing I don't have is the virtual cockpit. ^^ Greetings from Switzerland. :)

Yours asks for a passcode and mine asks for a password. Is that a password to unlock my phone or what? That didn’t work. My Bluetooth is in and my phone was previously set up. It just somehow disconnected and asks for my password! What do I need to do?😅

Interior was supposed to be "hard" black and not grey, right?

Dashboard looks complicated and font too small to read quickly while driving. Plastic trim looks too shiny and distracting while driving. Gonna stick with my 2016 S60.
