The Philippines is practically my second home. I've been there numerous times like maybe at least 50 times. I would say probably about 40 times I rented a car and drove myself around. It gets a lot of traffic especially in Manila.

I read in your description 😅 was 39 degrees. 😅😅😅 That's why you hardly see anyone. I won't go near Irvington to see the old house where I grew up unless it is January or February & it's lower than 35 degrees. People stay in & you can make it out alive.

We used to ice skate there & it was a great place to hang out & meet your friends. 😊

I am rarely up that way, however, East Orange & Newark were my old stomping grounds back in the 1990's and I remember A LOT more traffic on the roads, especially on a Friday evening. Cool to see the area and what has changed and what has stayed the same.

The chicken joint across from the post office was a Dairy Queen in the early 60s. A lot is still recognizable from that period. It would be nice to see a walk in the other direction towards Maplewood.

Once upon a time, Route 440 ended at the corner of 30th St. and Ave F. All those businesses were then open fields.

Can you walk down Hillside Avenue near vets field at some point? I used to live at 12 Hillside Ave. and I haven’t been back in a very long time

So much more suburban than the other towns and cities in Hudson County!

Stewart's was the best place to eat! So many good memories. There used to be a Carvel ice cream place on Belleville, too. I think where Classic Cleaners is. I cannot believe Foodtown is still alive but Eagan's is gone

I am so glad to see these videos in Union City and North Bergen! I like to see these areas I have never been to, and this part of Union City I haven't seen. I like the area a lot and have been there a few times on vacation to go to NYC. Love the area!😊

Union City reminds me of Jersey City, the place is on the uprise and people are moving there, I love their shopping area and they have so many places to eat from. Great job 👏 👏👏
