I always try to be as positive a person as I can, but to be totally honest this is "not" Beef Burgundy. This is just pasta and beef with a wine and mushroom sauce. The presentation was also done with little care. Although I appreciate all curators whom try to educate people, I wouldn't at all recommend anyone who seriously wishes to make Beef Burgundy or Beef Bourguignon to follow this. At first you said they were pork loin ribs then at the end you said they were shoulder ribs. There is a BIG difference as far as lean vs fat. Also disappointed that you didn't do a close-up of cutting into one and taking a bite.
