In our latest adventure at the Yeovil Digital Hub on February 29, 2024, we had a blast learning and sharing with some of the brightest minds in digital technology! Hosted by Richard Howes from Kontrolit, the session kicked off with Alex Clancy from Yeovil College discussing the latest digital opportunities available at the college. Naomi Partridge then stepped up to enlighten us about T-Level placements and introduced Delan Gumbo, a Level 3 Digital Support student at Kontrolit, who shared his inspiring journey and explained how T-Level students can be a boon for your business.
After a delicious pizza break and some great networking, Scott Quilter from Techosaurus and Perspicuity, took the stage to demonstrate the power of generative AI in interview preparations. Here’s what we covered:
- Crafting the Perfect Interview Questions: We provided a list of 10 potential questions you might face in an interview and discussed the best strategies to answer them effectively.
- Tailoring Your CV: Tips on tweaking your CV to make it more targeted and appealing for the job you're applying for.
- Role-Playing the Interview: Using voice chat, we conducted a live role-play to give you a taste of what an actual interview might feel like, leveraging generative AI to enhance the experience.
We wrapped up the session by exploring the latest trends in AI, generative video, wearables, hot apps, and even enjoyed an AI-generated song tailored for the Digital Hub event which is the sound track to this video!
