    I really like the idea of this. The reason I am in favour of the Airwire system is because I can use any sound decoder with it as I would like to keep my ESU XL V5 decoders and not have to replace them. If RailPro would consider making a receiver that can control any DCC or DCC Sound decoder. I would vouch for them too. Hopefully they can consider this as when I go wireless. I am looking more towards the CVP Airwire system. Great video and thanks for sharing.

    Where did you get the railpro pedestal or did you 3d print it yourself.

    How do you know what of the 6 wires are for the ditch lights? Also same qith front number boards and front headlights. And then rear lights appear to also be connected to rear something else. Number boards?

    How many locomotives can be stored in the railpro handheld?

      Hi J.R. you can store 600 locos in the hand held. Yes that is a lot of photos. There is a list view sorted by engine number when you have a lot of engines to select.

    I'll have to try this for vintage train sets going back to the 90's and the 80's.

    Do you have do that with all sd70 for that to work.

    • @remotecontrolsystemsofnewe8585
      @remotecontrolsystemsofnewe8585 Před 3 lety

      Yes , a full battery conversion adds the battery pack, battery install kit, Speaker and RailPro loco module. Then connect all the lights and motors. If you choose track power only, then eliminate adding the battery and battery install kit.

      Tom, yes you can retro fit any G scale engine.I used Phoenix remote couplers. Your control system needs to provide a momentary pulse.
