Each summer is a new season for Monarch butterflies to migrate. This season we're hoping to beat our 96 record from last year and make our goal to 100 Monarchs released!

Lucas started raising butterflies when he was 2 years old. It started when our neighbor gave us little milkweed plant seedlings. We planted them in a planter and put it by a bright pink rose bush. A few weeks later we saw eggs and little caterpillars! The first year we raised butterflies in 2020 and released 7 monarchs. Each year after we have increased that number to last season in 2023 to 96 ...
