We just bought this bike but we cannot get handlebar to go in at all, it seems as if the ice is too big. Help !

Hi. I have same issues. I stuck at 0:18 . It's look like handbar is too big so we can't put inside
@@MsAndziulkadid you released the nut on top? I had the same issue but then I could put it in and fasten the nut.
