I usually don’t cry over songs but I did for this. I actually got the beginning solo so I listened to this song a lot to practice, but then I started listening to it cause I just love it ☺️ I know I will always look back on this song with happy memories, so thank you 🫶

We did for NAfME 2022 All Honors National Mixed Chorus and it was absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite pieces I've ever got to do.

Imagine seeing a bunch of children singing this on stage while almost crying. That was a hard song to preform while in middle school.

Loved the final scene as it unfolded (especially without any hints of Netanyahu!). Thank you both! You brought tears to my eyes (and I am a hard-boiled scholar of religion, so that's quite an accomplishment.) I'm also a Gustavus alum from 1970 and heartened to see the college's tradition "arise" and "come alive" in this way.

I already love this song it was introduced to our class two weeks ago and I absolutely fell in love with the lyrics they have so much meaning, power, and passion. When I hear the choir split into four parts I get goosebumps every-time and I feel like everyone can almost relate to this song it’s so magical.
