We strongly disagree. In fact, this is often a win-win situation for everyone involved. Those who are in urgent need of selling their homes, either due to financial constraints or inability to afford it any longer, are able to make a profit from the property they originally purchased. On the other hand, landlords who rent out their homes are not only ensuring the maintenance of the property but also potentially providing a more affordable living situation for families compared to renting at an apartment complex.

@@theethridgeteam or if they just don't like it? I've seen plenty of people quit jobs they're good at and making money at because they weren't enjoying it. And I've seen plenty of people who are bad at their job stick with it for years and years. Everyone knows someone who's totally incompetent and has worked at the company for years. I definitely wouldn't call someone quiting because they weren't given the support they needed them failing.
