I've recently started a little collection of Spinda in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, since each one looks unique and they're very cute. They give off a sort of drunk party vibe lol. It's really too bad they can't make the leap to Pokemon Violet - even forcibly re-rolling their spot patterns would have been better than not being able to transfer them at all. I wish other Pokemon could have more little aesthetic variations like this - even just simple overall hue variations like in Pokemon Stadium. Then I'd try to get my hands on a cool red-tinted Ninetales. The individual size variations are certainly a good start, though. Maybe I'll collect giant Pokemon next!

strangely when you transfer a pokemon from pokemon go into home instead of just giving the pokemon its 2-3 moves it already learned instead it gives it a moveset based off of its level once you transfer it in. depending on the game that the movesets are based off of you could get some unobtainable moves that are on the list (maybe) but there is also the problem of the level 50 cap on pokemon transfered from pokemon go because of how different the game is from the main series but again that shouldnt be a problem on non mythical/legendary pokemon

Shiny locking is so dumb, if someone wants to spend hours suffering for a shiny let them. Also I don't know if I'd count pokemon go as an alternative to obtain pokemon, because that requires you play pokemon go

It's so disapointing that they never made a physical version of Pokemon Bank. Sooner or later they will have to close, but if they thought about this ealier we could have a way to bring pokemons into the future games even after that.

can confirm getting shiny genesect IS possible with a JP copy, as well as shiny rayquaza and event eggs, and the shiny golurk/hydreigon (depending on the version), and the V create Rayquaza

Personally have seen game freak slowly move towards shiny locking anything in there actual games they think they can get more money from as events in pogo. This is the trend we have seen going from no shiny locks in gen 3 to every single legendary and mythical being locked in gen 9... its to basically reset the games outside of there direct control now. The generation we cant bye a physical copy of pokemon is gonna be crazy... they lost there respect for fans after they poored there heart into US & UM amd it didnt do well compared to previous gens. Think theyve been salty since seeing how lazy they can be and get away with it

The worst thing about this, is the fact that every game will be isolated... We won't even be able to bring DS Pokémon to the 3DS. Not even from X and Y or ORAS into sun and moon... It's ridiculous...
