Unfortunately I’m not too sure! I think to be safe it might be good to release the air once in awhile if you’re planning on leaving it for a long time. Also would be safer to leave some space on the top and not fill it too much! I have opened some before where there’s a hiss of gas so hopefully it’s ok if you keep checking it from time to time

To change your meal? If that’s what you’re referring to, you should be able to opt for a different meal when you navigate to your ‘manage your booking’ page before you fly/check in. It was free when I did it but I can’t guarantee that and it’ll be best to check on their website itself. However, do note that some options are only available on certain flights. Hope that helps.
