Classic Chelsea Goals
Registrace 21. 07. 2006
I have a huge collection of Chelsea goals and feel it only fair to share what I have.
Some of the collections I've put together are from all time legends of the club and some to highlight some lesser known names from Chelsea's past.
As this is a retro channel, my rules are:
1. Their last appearance has to be at least 20 years ago
2. They have to have scored at least five goals to make it worth dedicating a whole video to (sorry, the Robert Fleck collection won't be happening any time soon)

Enjoy, KTBFFH.

I met a old boy on the bus today on our way to Portman road, he claimed to be Steve Finnieston. I don’t know much about him or Chelsea’s history, trying to figure out if it was actually him or just a old Scotsman pretending. He claimed he started his career at Hibs n signed for Chelsea at 17, scored a goal against Manchester UTD from the corner flag? Pretty cool if we did meet him if not then someone is his biggest fan

MY HERO!
Wish we had players like John at chelsea now true chelsea great
Great goals from a top man, thanks Jock! 💙
Forgot to add in my previous comment how he was my fave player for a time and has even liked some of my comments on his Instagram posts. I was gutted when he was sold to Rangers, he put in a memorable two-goal performance against Man Utd in Ranieri's first game in charge.
Great video of Flo who was a key player during the Vialli era and was the club's top scorer in 1999/2000 including 8 in the Champions League quarter-final run. He had some great cameos from the subs bench in his first season and the memorable game against Blackburn the following season.
RIP Tommy

A great Chelsea striker. So sorry to hear of his passing.
RIP Tommy
What I'd give for a Kerry Dixon now. I can't believe people used to criticise him for a poor first touch.
Great player, his duo with Gallacher in Scotland national team ufff !!!
One Kerry Dixon there's only one Person in the Crowd. The lack of supporters at Stamford Bridge back in the day when Chelsea were utter shite is a real indicator just what a bunch of jokers their 'fans' are. All trooped along when the Russian was pumping all that money that should have been going to poor Russian people, but before then none of these fans could really be arsed. A joke of a football club.
And yet you feel the need to click on Chelsea videos to tell us this. Tell me again who the joke is here?
Loved the way he spoke out over the sectarian element . Blues Bros C&&P . Who hounded John Mc Ginn . When the Blues played Aston Villa a few seasons ago. Hating on a player just cos he's a Scots Catholic. Didn't mind all the Italian Catholics Vialli . Zola though. Arsewipes like Hodges and Latham .
😩 Promo sm
Horrible little man
My stepdad said he was one of the best players we ever had in the air. Great goal poacher too
Could watch Jimmy all day, the very best.
Remember a goal he scored at Anfield. Put through from the half way line; Clemence rushed out of his area and Steve chipped him from about 35 yards! Ian Britton scored the other with a header! They equalised right at the end.
I liked John Spencer. I always remember buying a Chelsea match program where they incorrectly stated his height as 6ft 4. Clearly they must have meant 5ft 4. Anyway, he gave a lot on the pitch and it was a fun time to be fan.
Maybe he was stood on Dennis Wise's shoulders when they measured him?
Harvey was a shit keeper.
Tiger Tiger ouseman Tiger ouseman on the wiing
We can certainly do with a young Kerry Dixon now
John Hollins goal at 2.04 and Ossie's volley brilliant goals both won goal of the season
Not a Chelsea fan, but luv osgood, genius, great Chelsea team, cooky picked him out for fun!
Hardest shot in football, at the time.
John Hollins was a huge asset for every club he played for. A utility player who could play in virtually any position, a consummate professional who always looked after himself, a great ambassador for the game and an absolute gentleman. It doesn't matter which club you support, John was a player everyone liked and admired.
First of my Chelsea women videos to get over a 1000 views, good to see there is some appetite for the women's team :)
What a player
Saw Greaves many times for Chelsea.
Wow, you have been following the Blues a long time. You get less for murder :)
It's often forgotten how he began his career at Chelsea as he is so synonymous with Spurs. It is a shame that Chelsea couldn't have kept him and partnered him with Osgood.
That would have been an unstoppable duo.
I'm a Spurs man and completely agree with you. 124 goals from the age of 17 to 21 is staggering!
Chelsea akways great goals
So good os good.. so good osgood/ the man
"ooh you cheeky monkey"
Sounds like the comedian off Alan Partridge!
Car park behind the goal at Stamford Bridge,,,how things have changed
What a capacity the Bridge had.
😊 Wonderful player
Steve was another in the long list of Chelsea 'might have beens'. Unfortunately he got injured at the beginning of the 1977/78 season and was out for nearly four months and then came back scoring a few goals as a substitute. When he got his first team place back for the last couple of months the goals dried up. He then transferred to Sheffield United in the summer and retired from the game through injury two years later. It may have been the original injury at Chelsea that was the cause - did they know something and decide to cash in? I've always wondered, as in those days with little information coming out of the club you didn't always know why players transferred.
Possibly. Two things I would say, 1) we know more about sports injuries now then we did then. 2) any transfer comes with some degree of 'buyer beware'. A recent example: Torres. I think Liverpool were well aware his injuries were catching up with him. But it's a shame, a little before my time but looks like he could have been a very good player for Chelsea.
