In the insurance industry, jumping in the water then swimming is the best way to learn the insurance business. Believe me I know what I am talking about. No agency is going to hold anyone's hand. Bruh… most people have to start DIY until they can get to where they want to be and THEN they can allocate some of the work to others. If people followed your advice when just getting started they will be discouraged and never get started. BUT i do agree that you should and need that CEO mindset if you want to succeed in the long run.. but starting out you arent going to be there as of yet. Gotta start somewhere. It’s a journey not an overnight success story.

You are great help. I got my license last year and I just joined an agency with about 10 carriers. The hardest part is lack or training and support. I have learned that most insurance agencies brag too much and try to get you excited but they don’t really help you. I wish if I find a decent agency who believes in helping agents but it’s unreal. Really want to be confident and looking forward to it . 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you are great teacher😊

This is only good for those who are irresponsible and or bad at record keeping. Only need 2 accounts a checking and savings account. Do your numbers a half hour to an hour a week, seperate out the taxes owed(potential) etc to savings. Keep proper records, its same 2 accts or 20 accts the records matter not number of accts

awesome!! read psychology of money and please invest in the stock market i been investing since i was 18 years / today i have live on dividends ( dont need to use credit cards unless you paying back within in the time!! read the soul of money!! use credit cards as quick money if need to!! be concern with cars/ be frugal and enjoy life but read an 1.5 hour a day!! take notes good luck!!

My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. Cynext solution made it stay at that range and getting it up

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but Cynext solution info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help yo
