Correct me if I’m wrong but during combat in guard stance, you can only apply the power dice if you pass your block roll. The power die would replace the highest green die if you pass the block roll. Is that right?

At begining of the video, you chnge your stance just after the movement,I belive you decide that at begining of the turn and have to wait all the whole round.

My girlfriend (now wife) had this game when I first met her and we're just now getting around to playing it... HOLY CRAP this is so convoluted. I'm gonna stick it out to the end but wow. Thank you for the playthrough!! It really helps!!!

When the Hell Demons power cards said to place the fire tokens you should have placed them. The first card said place fire tokens around all creatures. The Boss is a creature so you should have placed fire tokens around him. (consult creatures in appendix). The second power card said to throw a fire ball and place a fire token. It didn’t matter if you hit him you still place the token. Then when it said to move all fire token towards the heroes you would have had ones to move.

I'm 5 years late but my son and I are picking this game up today (super late I know) but your video was fun and informative!

I know this is older but you’re right on the improved weapons and the HQ for the campaign. You can take what you find in earlier missions.

This game did fund and is currently fulfilling. A few things have changed since this was recorded. For one thing nothing looks the same.

I see no reason to roll for initiative every single round. Unmodified even. Games have alternating first player since at least 2007.

I'm on the fence with this game. The theme and mechanics look awesome, but the problems with the rulebook worry me. Hopefully your videos will help me to make a decision. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, you lost the game. One major correction: At 2:04:20 you can only use the witches potion on the dice of the hero that holds it. So green hero could not have used it on the yellow hero's black dice.

You can not trade the telescope by walking by. You have to end your turn to trade or to pick up items

Just finished my own version of this. Thanks for taking the time to do this and share it. Organizing is way easier.

@24:50 after drawing the encounter, you should have waited until after combat to make your choice on what to do at the shrine (since encounter card did not specifically say "Resolve Immediately"). EDIT: I see at around @1:07:05 you point this out for another encounter.

Sorry to say but very difficult the follow up as the camra is a permanent non stop moving around. However good content. Thanks for a big try
