They go for that over here too and it’s mostly just a fad type of thing for the last few years. Banshees are cool but definitely not worth what people are paying for them “restored or stock”.. just my opinion 🤷🏾♂️

All you need is a kit with some spacers and bushings I talked about it in the videos
What clutch brand are you using? Oem or any other?
The clutch in this motor was still in good condition so I just re used it. Tusk clutch kit is a good option I have one in my cr250 and have put them in other bikes.

Okay, I keep hearing plus one or plus two but what does that mean?? I just bought a z400 and I’m about to completely restore mine like you have done so I would like to know please
It’s referring to the length of an arms or swing arm. For example the an arms I have are +2 which are 2 inches longer than oem an arms. If you see +2 +1 than would mean the arms are 2 inches longer and 1 inch more forward than stock. Same for swing arms + or - inches over stock length.
Where did you find the graphics, looking at the restyle kit and want graphics for it

I installed a new basket and when I put it back on it was wobbling in and out and had a tad play left and right, do you know if this is normal?
Basket should not have any play in it. It’s possible you missed something or the bushing in the middle is worn.

Any info on how to make that Doug gust cut on fronts? I wanna do it on mine and just trynna figure out the lines I need to take to make the cut

That looks good one of the best looking z400s I have seen lately. I bought mine new in 2005 and cut the plastics this way shortly after after I saw Doug Gust and Jeremiah Jones with theirs race bikes cut this way. Looks awesome, brother. I am restoring my z400 now. I use to race it and broke a lot of parts. I am going to fix it up and just putt around on it now. I’m too old to ride fast at 43, I bought my z when I was 23 I always loved that quad.
