Didn't agree with David Greene when he made some inaccurate statements about wholesaling, but have a couple of his books and like a lot of what he's about.

I have the same problem the city made me fix my home and i spend over 200k trying to meet the requirements n at the end the city found a form that the owner in 1961 sold 1/2 of the land to them. So now they are not signing off on all the work i did. I tried to look for an attorney and all of them say they dont sue the city. When i found an attorney he just took some money n told us we had to wait. We still waiting.

I think what she offers in her course is worth the money. She has an A to Z blueprint. However, like any business there are risks, pitfalls, and challenges. That is the life of being a business owner. It's what you put into it. " you do not rise to the levels of your goals. You fall to the levels of your systems." She has a system, what you do with it is on you.

David Green lost me when he started to talk about relationships and women. He’s primed to turn into one of those “red pill” Incels. He’s a top 5% guy who’s 6’2” tall and is still struggling with women which disproves his argument.

I just shot this guy a message through his company email. He needs some basic real estate knowledge on return on equity, what constitutes a good deal (area dependent), when to use your own cash vs others cash, how to find deals etc. Also hoping I can help him save money on his roofing business by buying in bulk on his supplies. Ryan hits on the main point of building up his business right now but I think it needs to be said when your young build your business and your wealth through active income then slowly overtime build up the real estate!

It's crazy that as a Realtor in Georgia I would love to work with David Green; meanwhile he is working with this scum bag. So sad!

This is a fantastic podcast that helped us see the reality of such a glorified industry. Yes, there is definitely money to be made, but I think David is a great example of the fortitude needed and preparations necessary to weather any storm in faith and not get distracted by all the shiny things.
