My safe has no dry wall inside. Id like to fix a couple of my rifles up a bit higher. How do you propose I fix the panels directly to steel? Mark with pen, pre-drill & then fix with screws from the outside to inside? - Aussie with Redshield 12 gun safe.

Loud means you would hear if someone was opening your safe. If you need your weapon in a defensive situation, then 3 seconds after you open the safe, it’s going to be even louder.

This is likely one of the worst safes on the market. I bought it brand new, and I highly recommend saving your money and investing in a more secure safe. The main issue with mine is the weak base. To lock or unlock the door properly, you have to push it inward slightly. I was unaware of this when I purchased it, which led to me inadvertently damaging the handle (which I’ve already replaced) when I couldn’t get it open. Thankfully, I was able to open it eventually, but even after ordering and installing a new bolt lock, the problem persisted. It turns out the real issue is the poor construction and weak base of the safe. Save your money and buy something better!

I have one of the secureit fast safes. After about a year the lock began to slowly turn inside to the point that I had to break into the safe. Luckily I wan't in a hurry to get something out of the safe. I still have the safe but won't use because I can't trust that it will open properly. Maybe the new ones are better but would not recommend the one I have.

I just received the biometric lock and installed it. How do you program multiple fingerprints into the lock? I want multiple people in the family to have access. Does it only work for one fingerprint?

How does this model secure to the bed? Same as 40 and 47?

Because everyone who breaks into a place brings a power saw with them and starts making alot noise using it. If I win the lottery I'll build my own house to get out of this apartment and buy your safe. Until then I'm just looking for the cheapest thing to fill the closet space 56" tall x 28" wide across the front and 20" deep from back to front. I just came back from tractor supply, their Winchester looks way better then those Cannons at Rural King but it one inch too tall so I'll have to go with the Cannon. The doors don't look right on those Cannons and the hinges are on the inside. I wish I had a extra inch to work with it would be the Winchester for sure.

Now that you sell the biometric lock for the agile 52 it will be much faster. Picked one up last week. Can't wait to get it.

Kinda... 2011 was trademarked by Staccato so technically it's their name. It's way other manufactures have to call their 2011s double stack 1911s. Para Ordnance were one of the first to market the double stack 1911s till they were bought out by Remington and we all know how that company turned out. So anything new coming out at SecureIt?

I just got a 1943 Colt M1911a1 .45 acp from my grandfather, it was part of the lend lease agreement, so it has the British proof marks.
