The Mysteries of Taal Pt. 2 - Thomas Hargrove from Pep Talk w. Loren Legarda
On this second half, author Thomas Hargrove talks about the structures called sapao, found off the shores of Taal Lake, remnants of an old town situated along its old shoreline before the worst recorded eruption of Taal Volcano in 1754 raised the level of Taal Lake (or the possibility that some areas might have subsided). He also shows more proof of Taal Lake's saltwater beginning and talks about the marine life that has evolved and adapted to freshwater life on the lake. I wish the local governments would promote these places for tourism while protecting and preserving these relics from the past.

Comedians of the past could effortlessly floor their audience without using crass, vulgarity and sexual obscenity. Then again, audiences were smarter & more educated then.

As a singer, I can tell he was not at his best. His opening pickup notes were not clear. It wasn't memorized either, but then again it was a television performance vs. a concert or Broadway performance. His talent does shine through for the rest of the song. I give him a lot of credit for pulling it together.
