    I got Bali belly in Malaysia by brushing my teeth with tap water. It’s not called Bali belly there or Montezuma’s revenge, but it’s all the same type of bad Bacteria no matter where you go, so be careful no matter where to travel.

    I have heard people say to take 8 tablets of charcoal 3 times a day as well, for 5 days. It’s a lot of charcoal tablets, 120 within 5 days, but worth it if you don’t have anything else. Plus, go see a physician if you don’t get better.

    Hi! Thanks for the advice. However at the beginning of the video you mention taking the Probiotics 1 capsule twice daily during the trip. At the end when you recap the tips, it says 2 capsules twice daily. What would you recommend? Thanks!

      She said to take 1 capsule for 5 days before the trip and 2 capsules/day when in Bali.

      maybe watch the video again and pay attention. It says 1 a day for 5 days prior to bali. 2 a day in bali to prevent sickness. 4 a day if you get sick

    I just got Bali Belly right now, Diahrrea ( no severe, just a bit ) but already 10 within 12 hours. Tired, shivers, a bit of muscle pain . Reason: brush my teeth, and cleaning the glasses, plates and cutlery with tap water. I thought you should be safe, I just read and it is NOT

    Thank you so much for this advice. That travel probiotic was a complete saviour on my trip. I stopped taking it for a day because I had a cold and thought it might help. My stomach was completely upset the next day, so I started taking it again and everything was manageable. Brilliant! Thank you
