I am Sara and I live with my husband and his mother in a village in the north of Iran. This village is located in the east of Gilan province and has a beautiful and pristine nature. In addition to the beautiful and simple rural life, rural women and rural men are very hardworking. In this channel, I want to show you a part of the daily village lifestyle and cooking in the village and the hardness of the nomadic life.

Ghormeh sabzi It is one of the most delicious and famous Iranian stews made with vegetables and mutton or beef and red beans.This famous Iranian food is very popular and delicious and has a unique taste.The vegetable ingredients of this stew are coriander, parsley, leek, spinach and fenugreek.
First, wash and dry the vegetables well and chop them very finely with a machine or a knife.Unlike vegetable soup, stewed vegetables should be finely chopped.

А вот традиция спать на полу почему до стих пор сохранилась? Я так понимаю что раньше спали на полу потому что просто кроватей не было или в этом есть какой-то определенный смысл? Я тоже спала на полу иногда:)) у бабушки! Мне очень нравилось😃но это было только потому что кроватей не хватало.
