Many people are harsh on Lazenby in OHMSS and I understand why, but I believe he could have been a good Bond if he had been in more movies

I've thought apart Georges departure from Bond many times & can only think he was talked out of doing more from jealous people who thought "... damn this guy nailed it first time up!..." so in came... from the depths of human wickedness... the will to crush a person with jealousy!!!

I remember how eager I was to tune into the “CBS Friday Night Movie” to watch this film. The critics, even those who had mixed feelings about it, said how good Robert Vaughn and David McCallum looked. The film was great fun - could have been better - but as an old-time George Lazenby fan, guess which part excited me the most! Fifteen years later, he still looked every inch the 007!

I changed my mind about Lazenby after seeing him back as Bond here.

So not only are the James Bond films a thing in UNCLE-verse but fucking George Lazenby isn’t JUST the actor that played Bond in OHMSS he fucking IS a superspy recognizing another superspy in a bit of trouble.

I wish there was a DVD in concert and I still had the album. But like everything else, sold them when albums were taken over by CDS.

According the fact DM followed TFF a lot late 1980s, its would be nice if the song would be performed during the DM shows.

He has swagger naturally, you see it in how he holds himself. He never had to act it like Brosanan and Craig did, he just had it. Like Connery and Dalton had it too. Presence can only be faked so much

I'd love a scenario where MGM and etc wrangled all of the rights and sorted out any issues necessary to one day include things like this and the "Diamonds Aren't Forever" episode as bonus materials for some future James Bond Box Set or release of OHMSS

I was there with my girlfriend at the time. Hot, sweaty & amazing. They played in the round and the stage was in the middle of the garden floor and they appeared from beneath the stage in a cylinder of some sort of diaphanous material. Just a great late-summer night. I miss those days.

When I was a boy went to the cinema to see the new James Bond movie I was surprised why not Sean Connery but George Lazenby. As my age today at 60+, for me George Lazenby was a great actor.

This is amazing. Man in a white car gives me emotions that are difficult to describe. Almost otherworldly. Such a beautiful piece of music. I'm so grateful for this live clip. What a perfect keyboard moment!
