Anodized Aluminum in 30 watt Fiber Laser
With no audio completely useless
What is the orange block for? Is it magnetic or a weight to hold the material down?
which Lens & settings were used and how long did it take for these cuts?
What settings are you using
great sir
What is the setting for this run?
the problem has been solved successfully thank you so much
Hi Jesse, I'm new to all the fiber laser malarkey and would love to know what watt laser you have and the settings you used, so crisp and clean ❤
Audio would be helpful. Or being zoomed in enough to read what you are clicking on!
Pretty cool, but i feel like a cnc machine would be considerably faster
Здравствуйте подскажите пожалуйста есть вопросы по работе со станком как с вами связаться моя почта tima.bugaenko@yandex.ru
Whats the machine being used
What happens if a insect or a hand went under the laser??
What happens to the metal that is struck? There's no like dust
Theres a vacuum tube off to the right that is sucking in all the smoke and debris as its lasered off.
It is combusted completely
That's incredibly cool!
For a C02 or diode laser?
Where can I find the salution?
Where is the result :( ?
Not here sadly
My machine is doing the same thing, what was the resolution?
James, the issue here was the the added on raster pen attachment for braille had a allen setscrew sticking out that was catching on the head not letting it go up all the way.
@@jrdpix I will take a look tomorrow when I get back to the office. Yes, I installed the raster inserter as well, which screw was it and what did you do to solve the issue and did it work? Thanks!
A follow-up video would be great! After speaking to the Roland representative it appeared they didn't know what they were talking about, I think this is an issue that Roland needs to address and send a technical bulletin out to all owners.
@@jrdpix Yes, I checked and this was the problem.
Awesome, can you do a video of what equipment is doing this? Like a pull back of the machine. Thx
