Monster Hunter Now Great Sword: 8☆ Jyuratodus, G 8-2 Tobi GS
Back in the days where I'm still going through the journey of pain learning to use great sword. Hope you enjoy my pain! Started learning gyro for this fight ~
Tips for the fight:
Try not to be greedy to push for damage, clear his mud before the next phase (dive into the mud).
There is a big open window after he dive back up, he will literally stone and turn to you for a harmless roar. This is your dps window.
His head is open when he is doing the tail whip move, try to stand directly infront because the tail might swipe you if too close to it.

Semi mode/Aim assist helps with Kuku weakspot a lot, so you can focus on dodging and repositioning. Dodging backwards allows for easy weak spot hits if you know his attack range. Old video when Ice is still an effective element, sadly its gone. The default semi mode actually helps out quite a lot (aim assist op), timing your shots and charges is the trick against him and Kulu. Using grade 7 lv 2/5 Legi bow, semi-zoom(Lazy mode). A lot of his skills can be avoided by dodging to either sides. What grade is your GS?
You fought great that's undeniable but how is this pushing the limit? The same can be done using a Grade 6 4/5 Jagras GS, which is what I am using currently
I think you could’ve maybe been more aggressive in the start but the combo at the very end was hella clutch!

What's better. Anja weapon with rising tide. or Rathalos weapon with more elemental damage?
From other bow users, I think Rathalos weapon has more damage, do check out shawnzy videos for more bow stuff!

why grade 7? is it impossible to use grade 6 tobi bow?
I think grade 6 5/5 is doable, but you have to play perfectly
I managed to kill my very first 7* Rathalos using just 5/5 Tobi bow. Elemental damage is really a beast here in MHN. Focus 5 and burst helps too.
ikr, Bow is so bad that I have no enjoyment playing this game. Already finish all the main stories just with bow. Now I have nothing todo but repeatly kill those 6-8 stars monsters.

Yes you can! Bow Iframes can dodge a lot of attack as long as its not longer than the frames itself!
